Joanne K. Baker - Chairman of the Board and Financial Advisor
- Joanne spent over 30 years in the banking industry and retired as Vice-President of Operations from a 30+ branch regional bank. Her duties included operations, compliance, human resources, training, creation of training & compliance programs and manuals.
- Joanne graduated from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) - School of Banking and also the University of Oklahoma - School of Banking Compliance.
- Joanne is a past-president of the LaSalle Country Chapter of the American Institute of Banking, the Ottawa Chapter of the Business and Professional Women, Member of Zonta, and University of Illinois Home Extension Treasurer.

James E. Baker - Director and manager of JEB's workshop
- Jim is a retired electrical engineer and consultant with over 42 years in the telecommunication industry. Working with AT&T, Bell Labs, Lucent, and Western Electric on both national and international projects primarily in the cell phone system technologies development and installation.

- Jim currently operates JEB's workshop where he designs our armoires and other featured furniture.
